In order to be eligible for a return, If the product is damaged or if there is any type of manufacturing defect in the product at the time of unboxing, the product will be replaced and depending upon the type of defect, the product will be replaced or fixed at your doorstep  within 24-72 hours.  

Once the product is delivered to the customer and the product is defect free and the customer is satisfied with the product at the time of unboxing at their doorstep, then the product will not be returned hence no refund can be claimed by customer, but  if the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned at the same time only.
